      I purchased driving hours according to state regulations for my two daughters. They received their permit on October 2, 2024 and were then eligible to begin theirdriving hours. After paying nearly $1300, TNT driving has not made available driving hours to fulfill requirements that typically take approximately six months. I have reached out to the company on at least half dozen occasions asking if they will be addingmore driving hours to their schedule. Every week I am told check the portal. Every week there is one or no lessons available for school aged students. The company To the best of my knowledge has not made any effort to add hours or accommodate the many students they have trying to schedule hours. Every time I reach out, they tell me keep checking the portal, which for five months has resulted in our ability to secure only half required lessons in total since they only have 0-1 lessons available weekly. We are so frustrated to have paid good money for a service that is not available.

      To whom it may concern,

      We are a driving school that services several towns in the *************. In ************* the student needs to have a permit for 6 months to the day before they are eligible for their license. Our website clearly states that our program takes a minimum of 6 months after a full payment is received. Ms. ******** did not fully pay till 10/11/2024 for both her daughters.

      Even at this rate they are not eligible till April 2 - 11, 2025. We have several cancellations from the family because of other commitments the girls had. They were never charged for the cancellations.

      Even with the cancellations Livi has finished 10 out of 18 of the required hours and has another one sceduled

      **** has finished 10 out of 18 also. They are on course to finish the program on time !

      We will issue Ms. ******** a refund of the unused portion of their Driving. We will calculate the amount as per the contract they signed. In the meantime we will cancel all upcoming work so they don't get charged.
