  I highly recommend American Restoration professionals for all damage restoration needs. They provided timely, professional service. Answered all questions I had regarding a pipe bursting in my home and my concerns about water damage and mold assuring me their methods to combat that would be addressed. I see no signs of lasting damage from the water and no signs of mold. Their service was excellent at an affordable price.******* *.

  ?????I had the pleasure of working with American Restoration Professionals for a water remediation issue in my home, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Water was everywhere and I was stressed out, but the Project Manager took the time to explain the entire process to me, and I appreciated that so much. Everyone I worked with was incredibly responsive and professional. The technicians arrived on time, fully equipped to tackle the problem. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free!

  Experience with *** was first class from the get go. We had water damage in our bathroom that also caused issues on the ceiling beneath it. The communication was excellent right from the start, which is extremely important for me, most contractors Ive worked with in the past are unreliable, but that is not the case here. They do what they say, and show up when they are scheduled. Each worker that arrived was polite and extremely hard working. They did a great job of explaining what the issues were and what was needed. They take pride in the work they do, and are focused on customer satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone needing mold or water damage remediation. Thank you **** ****** *****, ****, **************

  We had an awful experience with American Restoration Professionals to mitigate damage from sewer backup. They were unprofessional, late, did not deliver what they promised, and did not complete satisfactory work. When we called the night of the emergency, we were told the crew would arrive by 8am. After several phone calls, one person showed up several hours late who was not qualified to explain the damage, walk us through the scope of work, provide an estimate, or complete a full job. After calling, I was told that this employee would "stabilize" the situation, and then they needed to come back in a few days to provide an estimate, unnecessarily dragging out the timeline. At this point, I let them know we were considering other companies for the remainder of the work. I later learned that the "stabilization" they did was ineffective because contaminated water remained trapped under the floorboards and in the walls. This was a relatively small, straight-forward job, which was completed satisfactorily and professionally by the next company in about the same amount of time American Restoration spent "stabilizing" the situation. I had let American Restoration know immediately when we decided to move forward with a different company, asked them to pick up their equipment, and requested an invoice for the work. It took them weeks to pick up the equipment and even longer to send an invoice that then billed us for work that never happened. They at first apologized that they had "forgotten" what job they did, but then proceeded, again weeks later, to send a slightly revised invoice that still overcharged us. When we tried to correct the second invoice, the owner became unpleasant, inaccurate in his reporting of the work they did, and very aggressive in tone. The entire experience was upsetting, frustrating, and disappointing.

  This company portrayed themselves as an affiliate to servpro. Said that servpro forwarded their lines to this company. Because I was in a diar situation with Sewage water flooding my basement, they took advantage. They showed up with no protective gear nothing. I had to tell them that it was sewage waste. They did not have any gloves. They did not clean the area properly. **** sprayed sanitizer on top of feeces. Left a dehumidifier, which one did not work. Servpro came with a free estimate and they have pictures of what this company did wrong and video of non working dehumidifiers. Feeces that was left and areas that were unclean. Needless to say I asked this company to remove all their equipment and went with another company. This company is now trying to charges us ******* for nothing. I will be going to the attorney General on them.

  Stay away from this company! Hired for mold remediation in my crawl space, they used no containment system causing spores to come into my house. Horrible spray job, missing several areas and almost non existent hepa vacuuming. Had to have another company finish the work AND do my entire first floor because of their shoddy work. Grade F!!!!
