    My mother, who is 98 years old, hired ************** to fix her forced hot air furnace two months ago. He has dissembled her furnace and left it in pieces. She has no heat or AC. He will not tell her when it will be fixed nor will he return her calls.

    I never met *********************** what ***** stated was not true .
    ****** outlaws heating and cooling were quite able to run as needed. ****** did not want to use her furnace because the small air filter cover would not remount onto the unit. To prove that the unit would run as needed. I turned it on briefly. I struggled with it for an hour and a half while ****** was watching and she knew that I was struggling with it. The unit is older, after quite a while I told ****** that I could not manage to restore the cover and I left her the name and number of someone who could.   Ive been to ****** Outlaws home numerous times over the years and I had always been careful and respectful.  I did not charge ****** for that visit as I was directed to remove the filter entirely. Take it out back hose it down wash it thoroughly and put it back. All was well until the outer cover had to go back on and it just would not comply I struggle with it for quite a while, finally telling her that a fellow down the street could take care of this. As I said, the unit is older and offered a challenge.  Certainly no good deed goes unpunished. Two hours of time doing the best that I could and this is what I get.
