    Left dry without any service Guarding Plumbing was selected by my condo association to replace several hot water heaters. Most of the residents ordered one model and I ordered a different model. I made special arrangements to be off work for the installation day only to find out 30 minutes before their arrival that Guardian did not have my water heater. Employee **** could not tell me when it would be ordered and did not respond to my text/call after he installed the other heaters. I called and left a message for the owner and received no call back. I called on another occasion and left a message with the answering service and again no call back. The head of my condo association also attempted to reach Guardian without any success. It has been several months without any follow up and I don't think Guardian ever ordered my model to begin with or is interested in completing the job. Very poor customer service. I see they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Beware.
