      I had the unfortunate experience of working with Christopher ******* who came by way of a recommendation from my realtor. Christopher was extremely unknowledgeable about my transaction. I asked simple questions that he was not able to answer. My situation got worse when my inspection took longer than expected and he yelled at me for being late to closing. I actually felt so threatened at closing that i signed papers and left in a hurry because it was not clear what he was capable of. My agent was able to retrieve and send closing documents to me. I made it clear to her that she would cover his cost which she agreed to. BEWARE Christopher ******* is not stable and should be avoided.
