  This company is awful I would not use. ***** came out to my home to her a drain and he did it within a half hour 3 weeks later I got a clog. At that time is when he decided to share I may have roots in manhole and need to do some PM . I called the admin and she had an attitude and upset because I told her why didnt they mention to me at the time of service . She said she wrote it on a cash receipt. I explained to her that when she said she was sending me a receipt for the cash payment I wasnt told about recommendation . She asked was it her fault ? . She later said they could help me by pumping the drain and then getting it meanwhile he never pumped it the first time . I respectfully declined and said thank you for their service . Do you know this past Tuesday the city called me to say they got a call about a clog drain on the property . This was a call from the health department from the town now claiming they will shut my water off for environmental waste . But I had an amazing contractor that was set to come . The ************** folks kept mentioning this company that they are willing to help me and they was out here . So I called and the rude admin **************** asked her did you guys call the city because I decline service she said the city called them for my number because they seen them doing work 3 weeks ago.Mind you the city would have my number they went through a contractor instead of calling me up a contractor I didnt move forward with as he wanted to only change my line for 11k ridiculous. Please think twice about using this Stoughton approved vendor .Wait ******* says Im threatening her because I said I would just leave a review on my experience . So if yours was great then good for you but what goes around comes around and lucky I had that other contractor out to avoid fees charges and a shutdown when the city arrived hours later
