    JJN Industries is a metal fabrication business primarily serving local supermarkets with the construction of products made of metal. They fabricate metal railings for both interior and exterior staircases. We hired them to replace the wrought iron railing from the front door to the living room plus a second railing down the stairs to the lower level. We agreed on a reasonable cost and eventually they were prepared to spend several hours removing the existing railing and installing the new railings. There were obvious problems from the start of the installation as the measurements originally taken were about 4 inches too long for the railing going down stairs. We requested they fabricate three metal brackets to attach the railing to walls. We attempted to communicate with them via text with NO REPLY. Fortunately we only paid half of the proposal and have several remaining issues with the work that has gone unfinished. We are very unsatisfied with JJN Industries.
