  If I could 0 stars I would. Hired premier for windows. Was given a February start date when we signed in November 2022. They refused to give us any info on whether windows were ordered or not after the February start date came and went with no work done. Finally may the windows were in albeit not in the color we ordered but we decided to keep the windows instead of waiting another 9 months. Window install was atrocious. Failed inspection twice. We had to call the inspectors as the company had no plans to do so and were upset when we did. Finally passed on the third time but the install was so bad we had the owners out to see. They agreed to cut us a check for our siding company to fix their mistakes. Never saw a check and the company went under with no bases touched since. Very upsetting.

  They have not responded to my phone calls.They told me the job would be done within 2 weeks. But they have not started yet. They took a check for $1000. Which is half the price of the job. The rest paid when finished.They are unprofessional by not responding to my questions about when the job will be done. I also told them it needed to be done before the end of the month and was assured that it would be.

  I contracted this company to side my house and got the workmanship I wanted. It came out super. The ownership answered any and all concerns that came up. I would recommend this company and you get what you pay for.

  We had them put a roof system on the *************************** at *********, so impressed with their work and product that I had them installed a roof system on my own home. Good workers, cleaned up job sight and quality workmanship.

  We met Premier Exteriors at ********* and they were able to help us with our new deck. It was a good experience with no big issues. Yes we are very comfortable recommending Premier Exteriors.

  My team is very excited with the product that Premier provided us.   High pressure sales, followed by bait and switch product quality, questionable damage to existing roof. Over promise and underdeliver remediation. All that on the simple gutter and gutter protection contract they underbid competition on. The major project window replacement remains, and I am visiting lawyers next..This doesn't allow fractions of a star review
