      My last visit to this clinic was in 2017, according to my documents. Now in 2023 I've received 2 bills stating that I owe $534.48. They waited 6 yrs. to bill me. I have not moved, and have not changed my phone number. Do I have to pay this bill? Or is this a scam? This business does not come up on your website.

      This was an medical bill that the patient did not pay, the patient has made 5 small payments then stopped paying. The patient was sent many bills "more than 8" since 2017, so far but he did not pay, except those 5 small payments. Our address is still at ******************************************************* , our mailing address is Southbridge Interventional Pain, Inc, *************, Southbridge ** *****, as usual, our phone number is ************, the patient could have easily confirmed by calling our practice instead of filing a complaint, the gentleman continues to owe the practice the amount enclosed in the bill which is $554.48. We encourage the gentleman to start paying his outstanding bills

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  Even though, they claim to have sent me over 8 bills since 2017, that is not true.  I do not have $500 in either my checking account or savings account at this present time, so I will pay them what I can, when I can. This is the resolution that is satisfactory to me.
