Extremely quick turnaround on a new roof. They provided a proposal followed by a quote (matching the proposal plus some additional work we requested). Always professional, let us know what was going on, and sent us photos of the work underway to show us the status. They also did a great job on the cleanup during and afterwards. Even put our heating cables back up. We would recommend them (and will go to them for other work in the future).

Very professional, exceptional work! Was able to work with my daughter and son-in law to get our rental property a whole new roof after a tree fell on it. Dan was quick to respond with a quote for our insurance company, and a new roof was put on within that same week. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!!!

Hired to repair damage from tree falling on house. Suppose to repair roof, deck, inside ceilings, take debris away. Repaired roof, did not give estimate, charged $14,500 and took away some debris in front of house. Did not put gutter on lower roof or repair fascia board or put flashing between house and roof. There is a large amount of debris at side of house, including tree branches and bricks from upper roof. The roof nails are all sticking through the upper edge of the roof and has splintered the wood. Mr.T was very abrasive when I did not have his payment the day he finished the roof. He was aware the insurance company and I were waiting for a comprehensive invoice to justify the cost of the roof. It several requests from both the insurance company and myself to get one so that the insurance company would issue a check. meanwhile he continued to harassing me with two or three text messages a day until I blocked him. He then started texting my children. He finished the roof but has not done any other repairs ( and frankly I do not want him on my property). He never did quote me a cost, telling me not to worry, the insurance company would take care of it. I am now hiring someone to put the flashing on the roof so it doesnt leak into my living room. My son did the repair on the deck an my girls are putting up the gutter. I need something done about the nails sticking down through the roof, in fact I have one in my bedroom ceiling. You have given him an A 1 rating, I think you should reconsider this. I guess he figured I was a dumb senior citizen who wouldnt complain, please show me that you care and take pride in what you do. Sincerely, **********************************. I am in ********* threat of the summer trying to get these problems resolved.

I would first off like to clear the air I was called by the homeowner and probably late February 2023 after a tree had fallen on the house sometime late December early January 2023 after a report was filed with their insurance company for damage to the property and insurance adjuster was then sent out to assess the damage at the time of his visit, the roof was snow-covered, and the adjuster, who I spoke to personally was unable to gain entry to the inside of the house So after the customer reached out to me, I met with the customer and her children who are grown. Had my guys go up onto the rooftop and clear all of the debris and take pictures for the insurance company which was USAA This is my 30th year in business I then reached out to USAA asking them for a revisit because the initial adjuster was an independent adjuster and did not address half of the damage because it was snow-covered and could not be seen nor had he gained any access to the inside of the dwelling So, after meeting with the homeowner and her children who are grown, I told them what they were entitled to after being in the business for 30 years they were certainly entitled to a 100% complete roof replacement at the insurance companies expense. I then furnish them with my Workmens Comp. and liability insurance certificates. I also pulled and filed a building permit with the local building department And met with the local building inspector at property The homeowners expressed how much junk was around their yard and items that were inside their old cottage that they did no longer wish to keep. I told them to make a pile outside and I would have my guys put it in the dumpster at the time of roof replacement at no additional cost.I then out of my own pocket?Paid for the permit paid for the complete roof replacement, labor, material and disposal of the entire project out of my pocket, including all of their old yard debris as well trying to get these folks some satisfaction so that they could get back into the camp come spring time I have never met in the 30 years in business anybody so ungrateful in my entire life trying to get paid from them after they had been paid in full from the insurance company was like pulling teeth absolutely one of the most horrible customers Ive ever dealt with in my entire life one of those folks you meet who want something for nothing Are there some items that still need replacing that the insurance company is on the hook for including the gutter that she mentions the facia she mentions absolutely but how much was I going to pay for out of my pocket When all was said and done the building inspector side off on my job told me what a wonderful job. I did once again the insurance company after speaking with them in person could not believe that ******************* still has not paid me after all, I have done for the entire family. And then they have the audacity to go on here to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint or a review. After everything I had done for the entire family. Her own son called me and said *************** luck my mother is impossible to deal with best of luck to you. Thats exactly what he said to me, so in closing when dealing with the public its not always easy because you cannot always satisfy each and every person perfectly. **** knows I tried with this one.
