    On November 14, 2024 I gave ********************************* of Superior Window and Doors a deposit check (#***) of $1,828.20 to replace a broken window at my daughter's home at ********************************************. He told me the window would be installed around February. After numerous calls to **** he finally committed to an installation date of Friday, April 26. That morning I received a call from him saying he broke the window putting it into his truck. I asked for a picture of it, which I did not received. He said he would contact his supplier and see how quickly a replacement window could get here. I told him I wanted a refund. He said he would file a claim and I would receive the refund that week. ******* no longer returns my calls or emails.

    We contracted the business to replace windows in our home. After repeated delays, the business refused to provide any information or timelines and, on 06-November, agreed to refund our deposit. They have refused to tell us how or when they will return our money. All of this is documented in email.The business has also repeatedly refused to provide any of the following:1. Whether they are licensed to work in MA and their license info 2. Whether they carry liability insurance or are bonded 3. Proof or documentation that they placed the order for the windows 4. Proof or documentation that they requested any building permits Over the past month, the business' email address has also stopped working on multiple occasions without explanation.
