      Around August 4, 2022 we hired Andrew to do some contractor things in our home. We gave him $8000 as a down payment for materials. He proceeded to tell us it would be a week for materials to arrive and to start the projects those days after. I asked him where the materials were two or three separate occasions he mentioned that they would be there definitely and they werent. I asked for an order confirmation number or receipt which she could not provide and was making excuses on the order he then got angry with how many times we asked for the order was or if we could have a receipt and verbally terminated our contract that we had signed it is now a month later and still no funds Were returned after he mentioned that he would return the money because he terminate the contract and didnt want to do the work for us.

      July 2nd 2021, I paid **** Croteau $6,500 for materials for a fencing job to fence in my back yard. Since then he has proceeded to give me excuses as to why my materials havent been delivered and why he had delays installing my fence. He was unable to provide me with an invoice for the material purchase, and never provided any services. I requested a refund of my funds on November 16th 2021 and have yet to see the refund despite many text messages back and forth promising a full refund.
