    I saw on FB that a local company would come to the house to perform maintenance on lawn mowers. On 9/8/22 I emailed Cutting Edge Services to schedule services. They performed the full maintenance on my riding mower on 9/22/22. They promised to come back the following week to replace the carburetor on my string trimmer, but never showed or responded to inquiries. On 10/6/22provided ***************, the owner, with a photo showing that there was a large puddle of oil under the mower. He called and said it must be a faulty filter and they'd replace it right away. I also told him the mower no longer had the power to make up grades and hills. On 10/13/22, his assistant, **** changed the filter. I sent **** a photo showing oil on the floor again. He thought it might just be left over. I sent a second photo of on cardboard I placed under mower 15 minutes before. **** said he would talk to **** about returning the next week. No response from either. ***** does answer his phone, have voicemail or text capability. I emailed him a request to call, but I haven't heard from him. I want the oil leak and the lack of power repaired. These were not issues before his maintenance work.
