      This Company replaced a roof on my home back in 2016. I had problems with the patio leaking a few years later. I had to call the company over and over before someone would acknowledge my concerns. The secretary (Lindsay G) reported to me someone will call me. Finally,  Dave I called and said he will send someone out. He sent some kids out to replace some shingles on my patio. They painted a small section of the patio where there were stains from water drippings however, they painted that section a different color from the rest. I received no paperwork for the repairs. I was not satisfied. To make a long story short, I have problems several times with the roof leaking. He sent some more kids out two years ago whom I was unable to communicate with. They (kids) patched things up and it was a not professional job. When I called back, Lendsay stated Dave I was no longer with them. Lindsay stated that Shawn C was now in charge. I had to keep calling before Shawn called me back. Shawn sent Mark W out to take a look at my patio roof. Weeks passed by no word from Shawn nor Mark, Finally I called Shawn, and he reported that Mark said nothing was wrong with my roof. I called Mark and Mark reported he never stated that to Shawn. I Called Shawn on 10/04/22 stated he will send someone. I Have not heard from Shawn to this day. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Company will not honor 10 years warranty.
