    During the estimate process and through the installation of the project he was very responsive. I was provided a written quote for a specific style / brand of window. After the installation of my windows which has been quoted to take 1-2 weeks it took almost 4 weeks. After the installation - I reached out for a few concerns with the screens and sealant around the big bay window. After reaching out multiple times, it was never resolved- I had to go around my new windows with sealant to prevent water intrusion. In October 2021 - one of the windows was damaged during a wind storm - not warranty work - but I need his assistance to get the proper sash replaced. I reached out in November 2021 - and once a month there after- provided photos and measurements on the sash. Asked for a contact on the window manufacturer so I could reach out to them myself, knowing it was a small job and not worth his energy. He lead me to believe that he would take care of the issue, told me at one point it would *********** - 8 weeks. June 2022 still trying to get contact information - no response. Research on the internet and spoke directly with the manufacturer that was listed on my PROPOSAL. Found out from the manufacturer that the windows quoted were not installed and it was another inferior brand. After almost 10 months I ordered the sash directly from the manufacturer and had it shipped to local distributor. I have another contractor coming in to fix the installation of my large windows.In addition he pulled off more than half of my cedar planks and replaced them with primed wood, cut my trims and nailed them back up. After the project I did not have time to repaint my home, very disappointing all around. I would not have done this review if he would have at least responded and took care of my concerns.I still do no know how why he switched my window brand and assume he made money on that aspect.
