I have called 2 x to ask that Globe direct stop sending my flyers to my address. They have on file that they are not to deliver to all three addresses that go to my residence and still the newspapers are coming to our house. I really don't like the waste and wish it to stop- but the process is going on a year now. I request they not send me anything. I want a block on this address for 6 years.Business Response

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to review this. I have contacted Globe Direct multiple time to remove my house from their mailings. They refuse to stop sending their marketing materials, likely because they make money based on the number of subscriptions. I am requesting that all mailings be stopped for ************************************************** (Apt 1 & 2). Should I contact the Postmaster as Well? I've called in the past and representatives indicated they would stop sending, these calls started over a year ago and I still receive unwanted materials. over the past calendar year, I have contacted Globe Direct by email and speaking with a representative. I want them to STOP sending me the Globe Direct paper advertising to my residential address. I never signed up to this direct mailer. I have called to cancel on 4 separate occasions since february of 2022. On each occasion they allegedly cancel the service to my addresses and yet still keep sending the mailers. This company is failing to remove my address after I have opted out to receive future mailers. They should be imposed the $10,000 penalty for each instance they continue send.Business Response

The complaint will stand until the matter is resolved. This is the same thing the company says when you call to be removed from the list. Ive been told that same line now 5 separate times. If they were taking any action at all, we would not be here.

Each time I am told by a customer service agent that they will process my opt-out request, and yet I continue to receive them. I would like all mailings I am receiving from globe direct to stop completely. I am tired of their junk mail filling my mailbox which I have never signed up to receive. I have called and emailed them on numerous occasions to request them to stop sending their mailer, each time being told they will, but I am still getting them in my mailbox months after being told they will stop. Globe Direct sends their junk flyer to my mailbox every week. I cannot unsubscribe. They have an email address that doesn't work and a website that doesn't work. I called and they claimed my address was already not on the recipient list, so the rep humored me and after a few moments of presumably doing nothing, told me I would stop receiving it. That was months ago, and I have continued to receive it weekly ever since. It's a waste of paper and there's nothing good in it, it just goes straight into the bin. Despite being informed each time that deliveries would cease within 2 weeks, they are still being littered haphazardly on my porch, over my lawn, and in the bushes.
