**** is extremely rude gave my wife a nasty attitude on the phone. He would not let her speak and when he did he interrupted her over and again. He then accused us of letting the air out of the tires on our lawn mower because "they don't leave here with no air". They then. Charged us a $55 "minimum fee for service. I guess my issue is this is the third time they picked it up to work on it and I was never charged any fees before. So if you buy a mower check the fuel and the tires when they drop it off....and hope you don't have to deal with **** and his wonderful personality. ******* is always very pleasant and helpful.

All mowers we sell are inspected before delivery.  They are delivered running but not with a full tank of fuel.  We do not charge a setup and delivery fee on new units.  Most shops do charge for that.  When you called after delivery and advised it ran out of fuel, we went back as a courtesy and put fuel in at no charge.  A few weeks later, the belt came off.  We picked up the unit, found a broken bolt that holds the idler, fixed it and returned at no charge because that was covered under warranty.  The unit was originally delivered without a bagger so you could use it while waiting for the bagger to arrive.  We installed the bagger and trailer hitch at no charge when it arrived and then went back at a later date and changed it over to the mulch kit again at no charge.  We also assembled a dump cart and delivered at no charge.  This current issue was a complaint of tires tearing the grass and the unit jumping.  This was a result of low air pressure in the tires.  We picked up the unit again and checked it.  We found different air pressures in all tires.  We aired the tires to the proper spec, tested it, and delivered it back.  This problem was most likely the result of operator error.  Unfortunately there was no mechanical issue so you were charged a $55 fee.  As a courtesy, we waived the pickup/delivery fee.  We are a small business and cannot continue to repair and service machines for no charge.
