    He say that finished will turn back 100 dollars,but until now for 3months no happened.

    This review has come from someone contracted to sell Xfinity by Successful Ventures Group (SVG) to offer ******************* to their customers. SVG communicated with the reviewers broker in charge and the entire staff about all current promotions and prices for installation. 

    This reviewer was not present for this call and had many questions that were thoroughly answered. The reviewer was not fully prepared and gave his customer incorrect information regarding professional installation fees being charged by Xfinity. 

    Customers in specific, competitive towns categorized by ******* not by SVG were eligible for a FREE Installation however the reviewers' customer was not in that territory. However, since the reviewer already offered a Free installation he wanted me to honor that. Which I cannot do. This was discussed and resolved in September of 2023 - so I am unsure why his complaint is being shared now. 

    I will be personally contacting him today to further discuss this. 

    I have attached an email communication between myself and my account executive with Xfinity requesting installation credits for eligible customers during that time. Also, communication between myself and the reviewers broker in charge in which I clearly stated customers who were eligible for credits and ones who were not due to location. 

    Lastly, SVG did not receive $100 for installation. Xfinity charges install fees so if the reviewer had any problems with charges he ought to take that up with ******* directly. But, remember the reviewer and his company are contracted by SVG to sell **************** And the reviewer is voicing this complaint due to incorrect information that he shared with his customer. 

    One more thing I have included an image of our reviews on ****** which are more than 380+ at 5 Stars. We do EXCELLENT WORK.
