      They have called me 4 times a day for MONTHS i finnally call back and the person who answer just started asking for all my information like . You called me . But have no clue who I am nor why im being called .. then said if try to be nice then they may tell me something.. but there is nothing to tell . I DONT HAVE ANY DEBT WITH THEM and i just wanted them to stop calling . But apparently they dont know why they are calling ?????They clearly cannot possibly train their debt collectors in ANYTHING

      I know they have a job to do. I'm not against debt collectors as a thing. These guys however make it deeply unpleasant. They sent me a notification for a debt I did not recognize. I eventually got through to a real person. They asked for way too many personal details (dob, address etc.) and then told me that for reasons they would not disclose, they would not talk to me about the charges. Their recommendation for further action was to pay the debt, even if it wasn't my debt.No escalation was offered, no way to resolve the issue - basically, they ducked out of any involvement - they said "contact the service provider" but then wouldn't tell me who that was.The staff member was not unpleasant but was clearly just reading a script over and over again regardless of what I said. No attempt was made to understand my questions, they were just uninterested in being part of solving the problem

      They harass you with constant rude, intimidating calls threatening legal action to get you to pay. They even called my family members. I sent a cease and desist communication, in hopes that they stop contacting random relatives I don't even have much, if any, contact with. If they continue, I'll be filing another complaint.
