    Derek was our go to pool repair person for 5 years. He opened and closed our pool each season and replaced our pool pump. We have had issues with sand entering back into the pool from the pump he installed which he was unable to resolve. Recently, he took a $2300 deposit from us in September for a new safety pool cover installation. More than 2 months later and VERY poor/no communication we still have no pool cover and its well into the winter season. We were finally refunded our money today after a 2+ month battle and a social media post which is what eventually pushed him to refund. Now we are left scrambling to find a company to close and order us a cover right as Christmas approaches and we are well into the winter season. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS MAN FOR POOL SERVICES

    This guy Derek is a modern day Scam Artist. takes peoples money and doesn't show up to do the work. What a complete Scam. Be Cool Pools is a Joke of a company with no morals. Derek has a flurry of law suits coming his way. Do not hire this man do your pool. Scam! Fraud! Derek the ****** I would have left 0 stars if possible.
