  We had high expectations for our roofing job with Senco. Our high expectations were exceeded. ***** and his crew did a phenomenal job and completed our large project in two days. ***** and his entire crew are high quality operators.

  Their quote was 30% cheaper, and I wanted to support a new firm. I thought that for a $9,000 difference, even if I "got what I paid for" it would be worth it. I give them three stars because the COST was cheaper, but the customer service is so bad I feel compelled to share my story here in the hope it will be helpful; I rarely leave online reviews because I don't engage in hate spamming.I signed the contract in January 2023 and paid the deposit in April. They cashed the check right away, but then there was total silence about scheduling the install date. My emails and phone calls went unanswered so on May 27, 2023 I filed a fraud claim with my bank to get back my $4,900 deposit. That got their attention, and an install date of early July was finally promised.They finished the roof in one 14-hour day on July 5, 2023. Between then and May 15, 2024, I sent 45 emails, dozens of texts and calls to get them to fix the issues. I had a conversation with the owner *****, ***** who was assigned to my case, and then the office manager ****. Finally, I got so frustrated I promised to write negative online reviews, and they said they'd be out that week... but I haven't heard from them since.So far, I've spent over $1,000 fixing their mistakes, including interior damage from a leak (where there was none before the new roof) and an attic fan that was no longer operable. The real cost for me has been in all of the time I spent trying to get them to fix the leak they created and send their electrician to fix the attic fan they broke when they ripped it out of the old roof. I advise caution when hiring this team: take the time to do a thorough review of their work, and only pay the balance due once they have come back to fix anything that is wrong. If their sloppy work causes leaks or other problems after the fact, expect to pay someone else to make it right.
