    Complete con Job. ****** **** used to own Bay State Property Services and was sued for failing to complete the jobs. The courts ordered him to pay $30K and was on probation in 2023. He filed for bankruptcy and changed business names and simply restarted. That did not change his work ethic or performance as he continues to work in the same manner in 2024. Daluja Property does not have any staff. ****** is a middle man taking money to manage work he doesn't have time to manage. He has a regular job and this is a side gig.****** had a team come in and start my job but they could not finish it because he did not order the right material. I paid for material that was in excess and failed to order enough of what was needed. After they left the job incomplete I never heard from him. texts made commitments he never kept. If you want a used car salesman hire ******. He is clearly not willing to put the work in to do what you pay him for. If you want a contractor, find someone else.

    ****** did some good work for me. But he abandoned the final project without ever starting - took my $8,000+ deposit and vanished. In reading other reviews, it appears he does this often. Run away.
