      I hired Olympic roofing for the roof replacement of our house. They completed the job on 6/1/2023 with the total amount of $7,450 including the registration of CertainTeed Sure Start Plus Extended Warranty. I still didn't receive the warranty certificate after two month. I contacted the project manager **** for several times and he didn't give me any information regarding the warranty certificate. I hope BBB can help me to get the warranty certificate.

      The customer paid in full on 7/5/23.  We processed the warranty on the Certainteed website on 8/8/23 and as of today, it is still pending.  As soon as Certainteed finishes processing the warranty, they will mail it directly to the customer.  I apologize for any inconvenience.

      I own a condo at ************************************************************** (************* Condos). My unit is #**. We use a company call **************** Group as our management company. They hired Olympic Roofing to re-do our roof a few years ago. We have been stuck with them due to warranty reasons. Since I bought the condo in Feb. 2020, I have had stains on my ceiling from the roof as I'm on the top floor. This has happened at least 3 or four times. I have complained to the roofers and management group about having the roof looked at. Every time the Olympic Roofing Company says there is no problem. They took over a year to fix my ceiling. Recently the stains had come back but **************** Group was telling me that maybe it wasn't painted properly even though the stains were wet. Last Friday (December 23, 2022) my girlfriend woke up and went to the bathroom. She slipped because there was water on the ground. There were more stains and clearly water leaking. I took photos and emailed ****************. They reached out to Olympic Roofing to come fix it. Olympic has been choosing to not respond to me. Most of the stains are in the bathroom and just outside the bathroom. Although they have happened in other areas in the past. It's also going out into the hallway. I also expressed a concern about mold but no one has acknowledged it. I pay my condo fees on time and do everything right on my end. I'm close to just getting a lawyer but wanted to try BBB first. If you can help in anyway that would be great. Olympic Roofing also has really bad reviews on Yelp so I'm not shocked. I just want them to find the leak, fix my ceiling, and check for mold.

      The leaking that is occurring has nothing to do with the roof work that was done at this property.. Harvest Properties has been told that there is a Whirlibird Vent on the roof that is defective and needs to be replaced which has to do with the venting in the bathroom in question. Harvest Properties needs to buy and install a new vent and then repair the damage caused by the leak in the interior of the unit which has caused the leaking into the interior of the unit in question.. This has nothing to do with the work completed by Olympic Roofing and is not our responsibility. ********************* needs to communicate with Harvest Properties to execute these repairs..
