    I took my laptop in for a repair to the screen. When I got it back the screen when in use had these bubbles on it. Took it back and Bob, the owner, looked at it and told me he would have to disconnect the touch screen for it to work. I did agree to this within the understanding that he would be looking for another scene. Bob also give me the context info for the place he bought the replacement screen so I could try to get some help from them. The outcome from me connecting them was I didn't buy it so they couldn't do anything for me. I emailed Bob several times and he never responded. On July 13th I called and spoke with Bob attempting to get this resolved and he became very loud and told me to "take it to the Judge"

    *********************************** did return to us  a problem of bubbles in the screen.  Reason for the bubbles is a separation between the screen and the digitizer touch screen when they separate.  This laptop is too new to find new  parts available and the screen is a poor design as the screen is glued to the cover so separating the two is almost impossible without breaking the cover.  We told him we could disconnect the touch screen to stop the bubbles.  He said "I don't use the touch screen anyway" so ok to disconnect the touch screen.  "No mention at that time to try an find another screen".  If he wanted a refund for the screen I would have returned it and give him his money back.  I only have a 30 day windows to make a **** claim for return of defective item.  After about two weeks he decided he still wants to replace the screen but did not want to give up the item so I could make a return and I still would not be able to find a replacement.  He wrote on a email he did not want to give up the screen until he had a replacement.  That puts me in a  catch 22.  You can't have your cake and eat it too.  I needed to apply for a refund and return of the defective part to the supplier right at the time the defect was found and not contiune to use the item but he doesn't want to give it up.

    Attached are the e mails where I tried to resolve this with the person PC LAN bought the screen. 

    They tried to help but wouldn't deal with me for any return seeing that I was not the person whom bought the screen.

    Also attached are the many e mails to PC LAN trying to resolve this issue.
