  Im not much of a jewelry person, but I has a pendant that was important to me, so I took it to Harry, looking for a chain that would complement the dark metal and stainless steel of the pendant. Harry found the perfect chain at a truly reasonable price. I continued to shop there whenever I need a nice gift, as there is a great selection of gift items in addition to the jewelry. Highly recommend.

  Use caution buying ANYTHING from this place!!! My son received a necklace purchased at this store. The necklace accidentally broke so naturally we took it back to where it was purchased to be fixed. My wife and son went to pick it up once it was fixed and found the necklace was to long. Confused, my wife said to the owner this is to long his immediate reply was well thats what I wrote down so you must have swapped the necklace out with another one! Understandably the owner wouldnt offer any form of fixing it unless she had a receipt to prove the original length. Not having it on her she left with the necklace to get the receipt from home. I went back a few days later with the receipt and stated I was there to have a necklace fixed that it was too long and needed it shortened. I advised that they had already fixed it but it wasnt correct. I then gave the receipt, the owner looked it all over then Accused me of swapping the necklace out. He started to raise his voice and became very aggressive. I could see this wasnt going anywhere so I took the necklace and receipt and started to leave when he told me if you ever come back Ill report you! I turned around and told him why wait! Report me now! Then I went straight to the police station to file my own report. This business will not stand by their product. They are extremely aggressive when things dont go their way and will belittle people who question them. If you like being treated like a POS this is the place for you!

  Customer brought in a chain to be repaired, I was told it was purchased from my store and I offered to repair it at no charge.When customer returned to pick up the chain informed me that the chain its too long and I asked to view the receipt and customer got so aggressive and threw the receipt on the me ( Video on file) and I picked at the receipt and showed him this is not the same chain stated on the receipt since the receipt shows 18 and his chain was 24 long.  I repaired the chain at no charge, every repair at my store in documented, scanned and images taken. The chain was repaired by me at no charge even though the customer wasnt telling me the truth but I wanted to keep the customer happy but still he wasnt happy and started yelling at that point I requested for him to leave and on the way out he pushed my store sign down on the floor  (video and audio evidence available) I had to call the police to report this incident and I came to find out he is an Fire Department employee for the town of ***** that was very disappointing to know that someone with his position will act this way. Very DECEPTIVE CUSTOMER I will be filling a restraining order in Ayer district court against him. If need be I will be seeking legal action as well.
