    These folks are unbelievable - their website let me reserve a car, then 10 minutes before I was meant to pick it up they called to say they don't have any cars after all. I asked to have them cancel the reservation, and they charged me a $150 'processing fee' for their mistake. When I called the location, the guy that answered was completely useless, not taking any responsibility at all and I had to call corporate to hopefully get it straightened out. I'll find out in 5 business days I guess. Avoid these people.

    Customer reserved a car on line 1 hour before he was to pick up. I called him and informed him that I did not have any vehicles available. He cancelled his reservation online and the system charged him a cancellation fee. I informed him that he had to call into customer service and explain that he prepaid for the car online and that I did not have anything available, and they would refund the cancelation fee. He was upset that I could not do it, I explained that it is a prepay and has to be done through customer service. He then proceeded to tell me that I ***********. I told him to have a good day and hung up.
