  When you find an outstanding business, you stay with them. We found that the owner (*******************************) is very honest and ethical. She is also very knowledgeable in the flooring business. Her Design Specialist ******************************* is not only honest and will spend hours with you but she is a true fountain of knowledge. She will not rest until you are satisfied.Their warehouse is gigantic and has all of the major brands in the industry regardless of whether you want to do your floors with hardwood or carpeting. They also have kitchen backsplash displays and really have whatever you might need to spruce up your home.When it comes to hardwood, we bought ***** Traditions and their installer Al and his team did the work like it was their own home. That is a rarity in this day and age!If you need carpeting, not only do they have all of the major brands but the difference is in the installer. ********************* did our three bedrooms and you cannot find the seam! The stairwell leading up to the second floor is truly beautiful.What was fun was watching ***** do the kitchen backsplash using a laser. He took two days to do our kitchen because he wanted it to look perfect!In closing, ***** and ****** made sure that every job we paid for was the best on the market. Truly, you will not find a better company or organization to deal with in this area the National *********************************************** in *********, **. We are very thankful that we found them and now understand why they have such a high rating with the BBB. Their reputation for excellence in everything they do and sell is a 'cut above the rest' in the field as far as we are concerned. We do not believe that a customer will be disappointed.
