      Heat Flo is a less than superior product. They will not honor a homeowner warranty. I have called several times regarding a leaking hot water heater. I was advised to replace drains and valves at my own expense before they would move forward. I drained the tank, made sure all fitting were installed as per specs and replaced equipment. The hot water heater continued to leak and make a mess of my home. I replaced the hot water heater and now they will not honor the warranty. Stating work must be done by a licensed professional. I am a homeowner with the ability to install myself and have the right to install a new, non Heat Flo brand in my home and do not need the permission of this company to do so. They state this has nullified the warranty. Heat Flo is a rip off and does not honor faulty product. I am extremely disappointed with the service of this company. The cost they were requesting me to incur by calling emergency plumbers to do simple work would have cost me upward of $3500. This is their way to get homeowners to be discouraged from using warranties. This company is a bunch of thieves.
