This company tiles over linoleum. Are you kidding me? Then when their New Tile guy tells them why the grout is crumbling they dont believe him and wont fix it. Good luck if you go with them!!!

We have a long email chain with this client whom in the end refused to work with Taylor Renovations Inc and keeps harassing my wife ******** through text messages, my home, and making ongoing continuous threats against our business. We have filed paperwork with our local police department to make them aware of this individual where he is unfortunately a loose cannon and prior military and we are fearful of retaliation from him. We have also taken other means of actions to protect our home with 24/7 monitored surveillance with our alarm company. We have also been in contact with our lawyer and are in the early stages of filing suit against this client.
We trade numerous attempts to rectify this situation with this client ******************* of ************** in ******** ** and in the end they said no and refused to let us do the repair.
Since ******************* said no they have attempted to make false claims on ****** in which ****** has removed and flagged as inappropriate and false information, ******************* has also filed a complaint with ************************ in which they are also ignoring, lastly a complaint against our HIC which they also are ignoring to this situation in which again ******************* the customer refused to let us rectify.

Everything Taylor mentions below is false. He did file a complaint about me cause of my bad review which was promptly thrown out by the judge for false accusations. My review stands and so does my reputation over Taylors false accusations. Get in touch with me if you want real story. Taylor is a bully to his customers that have issues because of tiling over linoleum. Check court records as well and you will see I am truthful.
