    Hello!Here is my situation: I had reached out to this mold remediation service, M&M Environmental Services LLC, to help remove mold from my attic back in June of 2023. I had set up a payment plan with them to send payments of $280.89 every month for 2 years through *****. All seemed well and when I thought I had finished paying off the loan I noticed that I had accidentally overpaid them 3 payments, equaling $842.67. This happened because I realized I had already paid half of the mold remediation upfront before they could perform the service and forgot and once I had started the payment plan I forgot to calculate that in. Attached is the emails between the vendor (****) and I. I had reached out to him via text and email and this one had finally gone through on Sept 10, 2024, he seemed very promising to send me back the overpayment I had made. In October, the vendor had responded saying they have been busy handling family matters so, I tried to be understanding and waited another month before reaching out. After that, I was not getting any response from them after emailing them every month. It was not until I tried calling him on 1/31/25 did he respond. I was told that he would get to it **** and send back the overpayment. Again, I did not hear back from him or receive anything in the mail so, I called him again on 3/7/25 and was now told he was going through a divorce with his wife and has been busy, but promised he would send me my overpayment. I then told him over the phone I told him I would send him another reminder of the original email of the amount hoping that would get him to FINALLY start this process and ever since I still have not received my overpayment or heard back from him... I have tried to be patient and understanding, but feel that it is being taken advantage of and could really use some support with this matter. It would mean the ***** to me for this to end and finally receive my overpayment. Thank you so much!!!!!******** ******
