First of all Island Xpress Glass answered my initial call right away (a rarity these days!). ******* provided very helpful details for my windshield replacement & how he works with insurance companies. Further communication was excellent. Although he operates on a first come first serve basis, my car was ready in a couple hours. ******* even contacted my insurance company for my reimbursement & emailed me documentation. Very happy with the efficient & courteous service and highly recommend Island Xpress Glass.
