    I have done business with this company before and have always paid them. This time I informed him that my son was in the hospital for brain surgery (hes 1 years old) and that I was getting around to paying everyone soon. For **** that was owed that he knew he was going to get his money soon. He took a 25 yd dumpster that was full of trash and emptied it on my property

    The dumpster at ***********, **** was dropped off on 8/22/23 - payment is due upon drop off and two weeks of rental is included, which we make very clear at the time of booking a dumpster.  Because we  have done business with this customer in the past, we allowed the dumpster to be delivered even though she didn't have payment the day of.  We followed up multiple times per week since the dumpster was delivered with very limited responses, often with no response at all.  After many attempts to get in touch via text, call and email, she promised to pay on September 9th and again on September 22nd but never did.  We even visited the job site numerous times.  There was no crew and we had no additional contacts any of the times that we went there to try to resolve the issue in person.  With lack of communication and lack of activity at the job site, we had no reason to believe that we were going to get paid for this or an outstanding balance we had with the customer.
