    On 04/12/25 this company made a contract with me to install a vinyl fence. I paid deposit on 04/14, total amount of contract is $11000. Two guys came in on 04/23, requested additional $400, that I paid, worked for four hours. Next day they came back and asked for additional $1700 on the top of contract. I refused, was called names and they left, again after working four hours. One of them, ****, said he is a business owner, next day they came back with request of $1700, did not do any work, **** spent time insulting me and said he is not paid enough to do my contract, pretty much saying that they will not do it. It was first time he F me. I called his mother *****, asked her about what is going on, she F me multiple times and started on your people . After that I contacted original person with whom I had contact and he continued to promise to send people. Now it is July and it is obvious they have no intention to do anything. In last conversation he offered me to pay additional money for materials and labor in order to get rid of me and my contract. On my side I think they should pay penalty for not fulfilling contract, my lost time and totally damaging my lawn ( they left materials on the grass everywhere and landscape company are not able to maintain it.

    We came to the house to install the fence
    Keep in mind she still owes close to $2000 on the materials that's what we asked for the first day there as all material was there and she refused we still started installing the fence
    Next day we hit ledge went and got her to tell her we hit ledge and needed to drill into the ledge hydraulic cement pipe into the drilled holes and attach brackets so the post would be stable and it would add $1700 she replied just put the post in the holes as is we told her they are on 7 to 10 inched deep and we couldnt do that as the fence would fall down and we would need the $1700 to pick up what's needed to do the job correctly 
    She absolutely refused to pay for the extra materials needed and remaining balance on the original materials

    So we left hoping cooler heads would prevail

    My wife contacted her and she still refused to pay going as far to say we are taking advantage of her because she is a woman and also Russian complete lie

    About a week goes by she calls a nice and apologetic (I believe she had another fence company come out and assess the situation) but we were trying to fit her in but with all the rain we were getting it made it impossible so we eventually agreed on July 7th I sent an email on July 5th letting her know ow it would be July 9th as we were finishing up a job

    Had no response from her

    So today I noticed she hit every review place that she could possibly leave one

    At this point we are going there Wednesday the 9th to install the the fence if she does not let us I will be going to court for my money that is owed to me
