Company contacted me monthly from around October 2023 until present to buy my fathers house. I kept sending back their mail asking them to stop contacting. The house sold in December. I called them and spoke to a *** to ask to be taken off list as the contact was distressing. That failed. I sent mail to them 2 or 3 times asking them to stop contacting. In July I emailed them to say that future contact would result in ***orts to the BBB. They ***lied and took my information to take me off their lists. In September I got another communication / a bogus check for $900k saying please contact us so we can sell your property and make this check live. I am at my wits end. I have trauma and am getting over stress related illness from handling the estate and I am trying to put it behind me. I will take legal action, which will cost me money, if they do not stop harassing me. They are the only company that has continually harassed me despite multiple attempts to stop it, for almost a year.

We are sorry that mail still comes. We hire 3rd party companies to assist with our mailing campaigns. There are thousands of addresses on the lists in areas we are interested in purchasing. We did put this address on the do not mail and remove from list status at all of our 3rd party mail companies. We will continue to keep this address on the list and make sure they have it on the list that is not to be mailed. We really do understand the frustration and hope this issue is now resolved. Thank you for reading this message and let us know if there are any other questions or concerns.

We have had zero communication with this person. We send out thousands of letters and postcards, which is part of our marketing letting people know we are looking to buy properties in those areas specifically their property. Should somebody call us and ask to be removed from the list we remove them however weve never received any request from this homeowner, the postcards that we do send uses ****** images we did not personally go and take a photo of anyones property . I would be happy to remove them from our mailing list, but we would need an address in order to look it up and remove it and a simple phone call would have resolve this if they had called us directly.
