    Look out for this place!! They have uneducated phone operators that know nothing about shoe widths and custom orthotics! I trusted the operator when I explained to them what I required in a shoe such as width needed to accommodate a custom orthotic. I was assured by the operator that these shoes : Propet item # W2034BLKE-08 Stability ****** size 8 4EE would be perfect for my needs...well NOT! These shoes are very narrow and not a deep depth as needed for the orthotics ! Then to top it off they wanted to charge me $15 to return using their pre paid postage lable when the actual shipping cost to return was only $8.68!! This company is a rip off to the consumer! ***** doing business with them and shop at ***** Feet where there are professionals who are well informed and properly trained in foot problems and proper shoe fitting! Healthy Feet you should be ashamed of this company and it's policies! I have already filed a complaint with the ***!

    This place is a joke. And yes, I know after I post this, they will write their obligatory "everything is on our website" response ... yeah, well the policies are so bad, no one thinks to check the website because who would imagine it would be such a racket! I agree with the other reviews that the shipping charges are obnoxious. To return 2 pairs of shoes that didn't fit, they wanted to charge me $30 to send them back. Yes, THIRTY dollars. With Amazon, ****** and Nordstrom in the world -- why anyone would shop here is beyond me! I know I never will again! Do yourself the same favor -- and skip it!

    ***** S On this date of 10/09/2022 I submit the following. I have placed two orders to The Healthy feet store . The first order was fine. It was needed shoes for my wife. It arrived as expected, within a week , on time and the shoes which were ordered. I had received a tracking r as stated and all went well. As a result being a new customer I decided to make a second order. That order a pair of Propet *********************** Men's Laced Boots was ordered on October first twenty twenty two.As of this date October ninth twenty twenty two I have not yet received a tracking number for the men's boots. I did receive a confirmation number however, on the date of the order. It is nine days now since the second order was made. I called the company on the fourth of October and was advised to wait for the tracking number to be sent. It again, I state has not arrived. Nor have I been sent the ordered boots. I Have to say Buyer beware, these are not good business practices. It is questionable I will ever receive this second order and there can be no excuses as to why I have not when a business is run properly. No matter who they deal with in shipping there products or sending out tracking numbers etc. I am in agreement with ***************************** Y and ********************* Sad, and very wrong . Am I now to expect to be out of the monies spent which is $134.95 ? Buyer Beware. .....
