    I went for food and drinks at this restaurant I spent 197 dollars as my receipt shows. I checked my bank account the following day to find out I was charged $346.87 cents this is completely unacceptable and is fraud

    Customer came in personally the next day to apologize to me and my staff. I also received a text (attached) from his friend who called me personally to apologize.
    Apparently, **** left a very small tip for his bill. The other 3 people in his group decided to cross out the original tip and put in $150 tip.
    His friend, ******, is an attorney. ****** told me via telephone that there was absolutely no issue and that they apologized for creating a mess.
    ****** said he would take responsibility for the $150 tip.

    This has been settled directly with **** and ******. They apologized for their part. We accepted the apology and have moved on. I'm guessing this complaint was lodged prior to **** getting all of the details
