      Great experience moving in. Office representative are very nice and maintenance friendly and fast response.

      Im a disabled veteran, and I've been dealing with an ongoing issue of people illegally parking in the handicap spots. During regular business hours, I can go to the office and they'll call the vehicle owner to move their car. However, one night after the office closed, I couldnt reach anyone on the 24-hour line. The next day, they told me all I had to do was tell the operator to transfer me to the on-call employee, who would take care of it. When the problem happened again and I tried that, the operator wouldn't transfer me until I admittedly lied about having a water leak.Once I finally got to the on-call employee, he said they wouldnt tow anyone unless every handicap spot on every floor was taken. They suggested I just park on an upper level and walk back to my apartmentgreat advice for a disabled person, right? At first, I gave management the benefit of the doubt, assuming this on-call person might not have gotten the memo. But the next day, management emailed me back saying they indeed wouldnt tow anyone overnight. Instead, they wanted me to take a photo of the offending vehicle so they could reprimand the driver later. So if youre disabled, beware: if they dont care about a disabled veteran, they definitely wont care about you.Additionally, the insulation in these apartments is great! I never have to use the heater in winter; it stays around 7074 degrees inside. In fact, I need to run the ** to sleep comfortably. But when the ** stopped cooling, I emailed management and learned they disable it during winter to avoid damage to the system. Their suggestion was to open a window to cool things downwhich I found pretty ridiculous. I explained that opening a window wasnt an option for me due to respiratory issues, yet they still refused to turn on my **. Instead, they told me to get a window unit. You really cant make this stuff up.
