      I purchased a monthly subscription (11/10/23) and Cancelled about 45 day later. The Company failed or ignore my cancellation and proceeded to apply a yearly fee $51 and monthly installments of $15.94 for the entire year 2024 and on 11/30/24 they renew my subscription $51 for 2025. When I became aware I called the *** and cancelled subscription again, I was told I will receive a form for refund, nothing arrived, I was told to contact *** in ******, I wrote but nothing, i was hung up a couple of times.I am 70 year old , a designer, wanted to learn SolidWork hopping to improve my chances to get a Job but once i realized my chances was close to 0, I cancelled the subscription and abandon the idea of learning. I did not log in to there site the entire 2024. I did not see their emails because i was getting so many emails promotions that I filtered their emails, until December 2024 when i became aware of the $51 withdrawal, I asked for reimbursement for all 2024, maybe i would have accept partial but they actually played with me, I paid $303.89 I should have paid 2 x $15.94 = $31.88, I am looking to get a refund of $272.01 document from *********

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      I received a Message from Dassault Systemes Americas Corp.requesting information about the case, I provided the information requested and in reply they were supposed to return to me. As in the past when I attempted to resolve this case directly with them The representatives promised a response but I never got any response.

      Noticing some pattern here with previous complaint.I too am getting the run around without any plans to make things right.I am being charged 48$ almost 7 days early from the renewal period which is clearly states charge to commence on 8/03/2024 and not 7/29/24 on their notice. Why is this company knowingly allowing this to happen than fixing it? Theres not a single mention to me about reversing this charge but a bluff from customer service about an analyst and tech support will be looking into it. This is just another typical business scam Ive already disputed this charge with my bank and I guess since no responsibility from business next thing would be to escalate this as what it really is Fraud!

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. This business has never responded to me here or attempted to resolve matters with customer service team such as a reversal or refunded. It was always a scheme with themI reached out to my bank for help. 

      BBB you can drop this or keep it. My bank credited me the money owed to me from 3D Dassault Systmes after it was disputed.

      On Thursday Nov. 30th,2023 I signed up and paid for a year subscription from Dassault Systemes/Solidworks for $48 (us dollars). After the purchase, I was told that within the next day I would receive my "Getting Started" email. At this current time Dec 8th,2023 I have still not received the email or any such further contact from Dassault Systemes. I have tried multiple times to contact their support systems and have been met with either no response or blocked pages that do not let me contact any form of support. My bank account still has the transaction logged but I have yet to receive any form of compensation or the actual service I paid for. The transaction is listed as "Consumer Debit 3Dexperience dassault, 175 ***** street" for $48 on 12/1/23 according to my bank account,and I have not received a receipt email for that either. A refund or at least the company providing their services as they should have would be a desirable outcome to this situation. The way it currently stand Dassault systemes has made a fraudulent claim that they provide access to Solidworks Maker a 3d CAD modeling software and has not come through on their side of the agreement.

      Since the beginning of September 2023 and before, I have had issues with licensing. The Tennessee VAR (value added reseller) has been unable to receive a response from Dassault Systemes/Solidworks to resolve my license issue.The company blocks resolution of issues by routing all customers through value added resellers, but does not support the value added resellers so they can support their customers.My value added reseller, GoEngineer, has been fantastic, but Solidworks/Dassault will not release the resources they need to solve my issue. They have had prolific licensing issues this year (do a ****** search) and are blocking resolution. I only have one seat, so although it was $10k, I am not a big enough fish to get their attention. I have included the contact information for one of the VAR/GoEngineer representatives who has been very helpful. I cannot attach the emails printed to PDF, because 5mb is an abysmal limit. I can't even take a photograph with an image that small with my cell phone. Please reach out to me so I can provide the lengthy correspondence.

      Purchased a cloud based CAD software from ******** Systems (3DS) in March of 2023. Payment went through, and email was sent to me with a link to access and register. Except, the link that was emailed was inoperable. It said, "Click Here" but it wasnt a hyperlink.. I immediately tried calling tech support, and continued to do so for a couple weeks without even a response. I would only get the automated responses telling me that someone would contact me, that never did. So I then started trying to get a refund through customer support. As more time went on without even the slightest bit of help from the support teams, or the customer center, or Cleverbrigde, or even the sales director himself. I have legitimately spent the last 5 weeks tenaciously seeking a refund for failure to deliver the product, and still, no resolution. Im moving on, filing a claim with my Bank, and taking the extra time out of my day to write this complaint in hopes of saving anyone else from having to deal with this company. Avoid them at all costs.

      Hi,I just bought (re-subscribed to) a subscription to Dassault Systemes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform for Makers. I received an email with a link to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. It brings me to a page that says "Sorry, Access Denied". Apparently I don't have access even though I just paid for it.The entire 3DEXPERIENCE platform is a mess. It's awful, it's atrocious, it's difficult to use, difficult to navigate, but it's really the only option that hobbyists have for a decent CAD system. I wish Dassault would update the whole platform to be less awful to work with. Failing that, please just give me access to the system I just paid for.Thanks,*****
