      I had a property damage due to broken pipe and have the insurance check, and because there's a HELOC loan RTN is listed on the check. I called and spoke to staff ************** who said i would need to bring the check in to be endorsed so I could deposit it. I had the checked endorsed by primary mortgage holder and brought to RTN, but was then told they needed info detailing the loss (primary mortgage did not require that). I provided and was told to come back later in day to pick up the check. I returned and was told by ******* in ********************* that I couldn't have the check and they would retain the funds and only dispurse funds after providing a paid invoice for the work. If I don't have the funds to do the work how am I supposed to provide a paid invoice? I then talked to Vanesa **** **** who said she would review the files. My request to **** was to have the check endorsed by RTN so I could deposit it in my home town bank checking account. The staff kept referring to that's their "policy".

      I opened a loan with these guys. I made an in-person payment against the loan which they did not post correctly, resulting in my loan payments being reported late to credit bureaus. When I complained about this, they acknowledged to me in writing that I was not late on that payment, and then simply refused to correct it. They then reported my payment the following month as also late, and returned the payment I issued citing insufficient funds which I had my bank confirm was not valid. They ignored this completely. I have reached out to them multiple times to correct and they do not even acknowledge my complaints anymore. I have filed a complaint with the **** more than 60 days ago which they have not acknowledged in anyway. I have asked the credit bureaus to correct, and RTN keeps lying and providing incorrect information to the credit bureaus instead of acknowledging their mistake. I would like some sort of assistance in terminating this loan with RTN as it is unacceptable that they are making profit off me, I want RTN to correct the fraudulent and incorrect information on all of my credit reports, and I was a written apology to both myself and my ********* for RTN's sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

       

      In regards to this complaint. I have tried multiple times to discuss this with them.

      I ask them to provide to me in writing the evidence that I was late on these payments. They refuse to do so because the payments were not late and they have no evidence that they were late. I cannot stress enough that the business in question has straight-up lied to me on multiple occasions through every channel I have interacted with them on, in person, on the phone, through the post, and through email correspondence. I can no longer accept opportunities to meet with them because they just lie, and I have already demonstrated as such to RTN, the BBB, the ***** and the ***** Who else can I demonstrate it to?

      Can you please let me know who I need to escalate this to to force RTN to correct their wrongdoing? This has been going on for months at great cost to me in every meaningful; way, including financially, and mentally.
