    On or about May 12, 2023 (I don't have the exact date), I took a drug screening for my new job. I got a call by a doctor from ****** **** asking for verification for some of the drugs I take prescribed by my primary care physician and psychiatrist. We got cut off mid-sentence and I called back 5x's. The first person told me I needed to know what doctor I talked to - I don't. She didn't introduce herself She said she couldn't help me and hung up.The 2nd guy admonished me for not knowing the date I went to the lab and said he The 3rd person asked the same question and I explained to her that I've been sick and I just don't know - I gave her the 12th -14th range and she told me I needed to remember. They hung up.The 4th person said I needed a donor date -- I had no idea what that was, but I told her I needed to get this done before I started working. She put me on hold and it disconnected after 5 minutes. The 5th person said she get back to me -- she never did. I have a May 30th start date and they won't return calls - I can't go to work until they answer the phone. They don't.

    Thank you for your feedback.  Please note that ****** received complaint ******** via US Mail in late June 2023, and therefore was not afforded the opportunity to initiate a more timely response.

    We are actively investigating the complaint with regard to interaction with our staff, and will take any appropriate action to address the complainant's concerns.  The specimen for the complainant (donor), *************************, was collected on May 10, 2023.  The specimen was forwarded to a lab for analysis, where it was received on May 11, 2023.  The specimen result was reported to the ********************* on May 17, 2023.  The donor was interviewed on May 18, 2023 regarding the test results, and a final result was issued to the employer on May 19, 2023 - well ahead of the May 30th start date the donor indicates in her complaint.

    The complainant requested help in getting the drug test result to the employer.  As a final result was sent to the employer on May 19, 2023, we consider this matter closed.  If further assistance is needed, please contact eMRO ****** Services at ************.
