    Hillside Foundation and Waterproofing responded to an inquiry I made on ***** List. I have personally used ***** List for other projects with no complaints. Zahmar ***** and ****** ( ********) ******* responded to the inquiry. Both supposedly brothers who have owned this business for ******************************************** my foundation and the cost would be ******* to repair and waterproof, they were paid $4250.00 in a certified check for a deposit in order to "buy supplies". When they came to do the job they then stated that they needed another $28,000 as my foundation was crumbling. I took pictures of the foundations which I think they damaged purposely when digging the ditch. I told them to hold the job until I could process. In the meantime I had two other companies tell me that my foundation was not cracked and that I did not need a need foundation and if their were a leak it would cost under ******* to repair. One company then diagnosed the real problem and the leak was caused by a cracked pipe. From the information I received after further investigation that this company was not known to other long term business and that this company is a scam. I have requested a refund and although they agreed to ******* they are stating that it will **** * weeks. I want my money sooner and I don't believe they every plan on refunding me.
