    On 08/17/2023 I gave *****************************, an owner of Kingswood Masonry and Roofing a deposit in a form of a personal check #**** for $2,500.00.That money was a deposit for Kingswood Masonry And Roofing to complete the following work:1. Grind out two strips of asphalt at both sides of driveway.2. Remove both retaining walls at both sides of driveway.3. Build two new concrete bases.4. Supply and fit new drains at both retaining walls.5. Excavate both retaining walls 6. Rebuild two retaining walls out of old stone.7. Supply liquidized sealer to both retaining walls.None of that work was done. Instead, the Kingswood Masonry And Roofing workers destroyed both of the walls on the sides of my driveway and poured cement on the driveway itself. The left wall was then thrown together in the wrong way, without the base and with cement all over the stones. The wall looks horrific, all crooked and with huge amounts of cement all over it. The right wall stones were taken apart and left in disarray.***************************** admitted that the left wall looks ugly. ***************************** admitted that it was his mistake. ***************************** admitted that the work was not done properly. I asked ***************************** to return the money but he refused.I sent a ****** letter requesting the money back. The letter was returned to me. I called BBB for advice and was told to file a complaint.9/25/23 I called the phone number listed on the Kingswood Masonry And Roofing website. Someone picked up the phone, I asked for the correct address for Kingswood Masonry And Roofing but was told that they cannot give it to me. ***************************** called me back. When I asked him to return the full amount of money before October 4th, as in the demand letter, he refused again.
