    The movers lied on the paperwork, they misplaced furniture, they damaged furniture, they damaged my apartment, they refused to unload the truck, forcing myself and my girlfriend to unload for them. they were non responsive, they were combative, they were nasty, damaged the apartment building in the loading dock, tried to leave several times without having unloaded the truck to the point that they were quite literally chased down the street. consistently called me and my girlfriend names, and put all of my furniture at the back of the truck behind several other people's furniture, telling me "well we can't get to it so we have to go."

    I will first start with that this gentleman was not at the delivery, we were told that we would be meeting his roommate per email, but now he tells us it was his girlfriend, and that everything he is claiming is per her and he has informed me that it is true he was not there, I also talked to his girlfriend the day of the move and she talked just fine with me and said they would reach out to me the following day to discuss her issues with this move, she also talk to dispatch as well and told her the same, so at that point she assured us it is something that could wait, then this morning we receive this complaint that is already deceiving because **************** said he experienced all of this and that is not true, I immediately reach out to the movers and him, the movers said that it is absolutely not true that there was no damage to the loading dock that there was several employees of the building there the whole time and someone would have pointed it out, also there was no furniture damage everything was placed were his girlfriend asked it to be placed and she never mentioned any damages, our movers wrap and unwrap everything for our customers, she even paid at the end of the move, after talking to ****** this morning he has agreed that he was not there and that this is something we can work out for the delivery part only not the entire move and he would get back to me so we can further discuss a solution for all of this, I also pointed out to him that he claimed to be a witness to this in his complaint but now admits he wasn't and is will to work with me on this, so we ask that it may be put on hold while **************** and I work it out and get to the bottom of this, thank you in advance.
