      This is the worse pediatric office ever, we love our pediatrician but the office its just terrible and because of it we are forced to move to a diffrent pediatric office for our 8 years old son.They still holding up all my son medical records since the beginning of November, and their excuses are they don't have enough people in the office, "THIS IS NOT EXUSABLE AT ALL"!!!!! Not to forget the rudeness, poor costumer service, and laziness !!! My son new pediatric office still waiting as of today for all medical records!!! I just found out that the person in charge of sending these records she just got these papers since the beginning of November!! This branch office should be close for ever because the poor service they provide!!!!!!

      To whom it May concern, 





      As everyone struggles with staffing, we do to. The weeks prior to this incident three of our front desk staff members were out with severe influenza or COVID. One of them is responsible for the medical records, therefor we had the delay. She diligently takes care the of all the paperwork within a few days and we usually don't get even close to the one-week time to release records.  
      In November, luckily, we found the right staff members for the office. We have four new nursing staff and four new front desk staff members. It takes a solid three months for everyone to be trained. The situation will improve, and we see all the signs for this. 


      In this time of stress and illness, we hope to be supportive to our patients and their families and do not want to add more problems to their plate. Hope we can be successful in our mission. Happy to personally apologize for the situation.
