    This is concerning Waylens customer service, I had this same issue on 02 March 2020 and filled a complaint on that date as well. The I.D #ID ******** was given for that complaint. Currently, I have been having issues with my Waylens 360 4G camera and have attempted to contact them three times providing an e-mail address to contact me back in order to resolve the issue with the camera notifications system. Each attempt to contact has been met with negative results. The third and final attempt I had advised, if I did not hear back from them I would initiate a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, that has now been over a week with no response. This type of total quality management seems to be a pattern at this point and would like the assistance of the Better Business Bureau once again in handling this matter.

    The last time that Mr. ****** reached out to ********************************** was on February 3, 2022, at 7:12 pm which is outside of our normal business hours. Our head engineer responded on his next business day which was February 7, 2022. We have not received any communication from ****** since February 3, 2022. We searched records using the email address the complaint was filed under ****************** and the email address associated with Mr. ******** camera,***************************. We will be happy to try to assist Mr. ****** if he can reach out to ********************************** and "CC" ******************************** for a response from support.

    My Waylens 360 camera for my car isn't functioning properly. I am not receiving consistent footage, nor on a daily basis.My plan has expired; However this isn't applicable to this ongoing issue.I have spoken with a Rep. ******** via email. ( Initially there was a contact number, now no number. ******** claims I need to update my data plan. This is a first; I cannot afford to as my hours at work have been reduced. This just recently happened with camera, and plan expired shortly upon purchase)I appreciate your assistance with this matter.Sincerely,*******************

    Waylens is available through email support only. We eliminated our telephone number along with telephone support March 2020 ( the start of the pandemic). Without an active data plan, ***** will not be able to livestream her camera or receive notifications. The data service is not free, if the customer cannot afford the data plan; the camera will function as a normal Secure350 with out data plan features.

    Waylens is blatantly being dishonest; I did provide backup screenshots, and was alerted by their Rep. ******** that I need to purchase a data package from Waylens.

    My data was fine, until literally just prior to reaching out to Waylens, and your organization.

    This is despicable; I had viewed various identical complaints, on your website related to Waylens.

    This once again is unacceptable, and needs to be resolved. I had paid over $600.00 for this camera.
