      I had a RadonAway fan stopped working. I called ************** and talked to a lady. She asked if the fan was installed by a professional installer. and I have the invoice. I said yes and also I said I have more info from the fan. The line was disconnected at this point. I called in again and another lady picked up my phone. She knew whom I talked to a minute ago and then line was disconnected when she said she would let me talk to the first lady. I called in again and again but there was no one who would pick up my phone.The fan was installed by SWAT Environmental *************). Here is my invoice # of the radon mitigation system: ******; Date August 4, 2021. The product has a 5-year warranty.Some info from the fan:RadonAway GX4 ***** DOM: Apr/21 S/N: **** INSP:30 Currently radon level was moving higher with the fan not working.I would like to get a replacement ASAP.I can provide a copy of the invoice per request.Thank you very much for you help!**** ****
