    Awful product quality and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs. Berkshire sold me a defective king size sheet set that was see through in one spot and of course it got a hole with a couple days of use. Customer service didn’t respond to emails for a month so contacted their FB team. Finally get a email stating I have a voucher for $24.99 for their online store and it doesn’t even include shipping. Even their lousy microfiber sheets start at $70 for a set so basically they sent me a discount code and I would have to pay out of pocket for the rest. Horrible quality and customer service doesn’t care about satisfied customers. I’m out $50. Angry.

    I am new to Berkshire. I placed an order. Received rather quickly. Upon opening and unfolding I noticed a corner was not properly sewed, and was concerned it would cause issues down the road, cleaning, etc. I reached out to their customer service. The responded quick and on the weekend. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Oh, the blanket, is SO soft and cozy. They are amazing!!
