    Chris was hired by me to do driveway seal coat in April 2023. When he arrived he explained that he forgot to bring his patch hit to fill in the hole in the driveway and that he would be back with it. After about a month and he didnt return I called him and he assured me I was on his list and that when he is in *********** he will do the repair and that it would be quick and easy for him to do. I called him again in June and let him know we would be away on vacation and he could come and do the repair on that week as a reminder of the service he did not complete. He apologized and said he would be back soon. I last spoke with Chris in September and he explained that he was very sorry that he has been meaning to come and will be able to finish the job soon. Now it is November, 7 months after I hired him and despite him promising to return to finish the job and my gentle call reminders he does not pick up the phone when I call. This week I left a voicemail requesting a refund since he couldnt make the time to finish the job. Since then I have not heard from him.

    My name is Chris ********, Driveway Seal Coating. I did a driveway for **************. We never agreed to do the patch or a small repair that she had. It was never sold. I noticed that it needed done after the cars were moved. When I seal coated the driveway, the cars were in the driveway, when I measured it, I never saw the small hole I told *************** I would repair the whole the next time I was in the area free of charge at no extra cost, the next time I was in the area I have not been able to be in that area with repair to repair ******************* patch for no charge. I apologize that she has had to wait an inconvenient time for her free repair, but in the same respect there was no charge. Hopefylly in the next 2 weeks my nephew will be out there to get her free repair taken care of. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    [The owner said he would try to make time for the repair within the next 2 weeks. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard from him and no attempt to make a repair was made. Unfortunately this is a similar response to what he offered to do in the past and didnt ever return for the repair as promised. Its been 8 months and I have been very patient and flexible. Since the job was not completed I would like to have a refund]
