    My complaint is with ************************ and their billing service. I had an MRI in July of 2023. I did not receive a bill until the end of November, 2023. My first issue was the phone number listed on the statement was and is incorrect. The number provided goes to a mental health crisis hotline. I initially called this number and spoke to a very confused gentleman, he did not understand why I would be calling there. I could not reach anyone for quite a while. There is no local contact number. I had to track down a number with the actual person to did the **** Finally spoke to a woman and she told me she entered the wrong phone number for billing services and gave me the right one. To date, not corrected on invoices. I could not get updated invoices without calling the bill service and was told someone never released the invoices. The billing service website never lets me log in, tells me my PW is wrong after resetting it multiple times. Worst billing service, they continue to use wrong contact phone number on invoices.
