    On August 3 at 5:41pm I called to cancel 2 reservations at Summit Hill Campground that I had for the weekend of August 12-15. I left a message because it was after hours. The next day, at 9:50 am they called me back and left me a message confirming my cancellation for the 2 reservations. They have a 7 day cancellation policy. I called 10 days before my reservation and cancelled. I originally went threw my credit card company to dispute the claims because their campground was already closed for the season when I got the bill. A lady named Wendy submitted a bunch of hand written notes to my credit card company saying she never got a message. I then emailed and called the campground MULTIPLE times after that because well it was $300 and thats alot of money for anyone. Let alone someone with 2 kids to take care of. They completely ignored me. Finally I reached out on Facebook because it shows when they read it. The owner was confused at first, then he started to blatantly ignore my messages. I said I was going to contact the BBB if we could not resolve this issue. I submitted my call logs to them to show them I called them at 5:41 pm on August 3, and it shows the next day receiving the call back from them at 9:30am. They refuse to refund me my money and continue to say I am making it all up. I submitted call logs. Its the only proof I have to show I called. $300 is alot of money for me and they are refusing to refund me and I followed their policy and cancelled before I was supposed too. They are saying my call logs are basically fabricated? Not possible. I would like my $300 back. I followed their policy. The way they have been treating me is shocking, disrespectful and honestly mean/bullying.
